Terms of Use
Effective date: August 26, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of Uppload, an In-Crease, L.L.C. product. By using Uppload, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding access to your account, and all authorized actions performed through your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Uppload only the rights reasonably necessary to store, process, analyze, generate suggestions from, schedule, and transmit that content when you request a feature.
Connected platforms
You may connect supported third-party platforms through their official authorization systems. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to access and publish to any connected account. Your use of each third-party platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.
Publishing and scheduling
Uppload may assist with drafts, direct posting, scheduling, or status tracking where supported. You remain responsible for reviewing content before publication. Platform APIs, moderation systems, network conditions, processing delays, permissions, account status, and third-party rules can affect whether content is accepted or published.
AI-generated suggestions
AI-generated titles, descriptions, hashtags, tags, hooks, captions, recommendations, analytics interpretations, and other suggestions may contain errors or may not be appropriate for every audience or platform. You are responsible for reviewing output and ensuring it complies with applicable laws, platform rules, advertising requirements, and third-party rights.
No guaranteed performance
Uppload does not guarantee views, engagement, followers, virality, revenue, ranking, or any other social-media performance outcome. Recommendations and predictions are informational tools, not guarantees.
Acceptable use
You may not use Uppload for unlawful conduct, unauthorized access, harassment, impersonation, spam, deceptive automation, malware, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards or API restrictions.
Availability
Features may change, become unavailable, or require additional platform approval. Third-party integrations may be suspended or limited if providers change their APIs, permissions, review requirements, or policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uppload and In-Crease, L.L.C. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the service, generated suggestions, third-party platform actions, account restrictions, lost content, or service interruptions.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Uppload evolves. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
