This Privacy Policy explains how Uppload, an In-Crease, L.L.C. product, handles information when you use the Uppload website, application, AI-assisted tools, publishing features, analytics, support services, and connected social-platform integrations.
Information we process
Depending on how you use Uppload, we may process account details, profile information, content you upload, generated titles and captions, saved media and publishing plans, platform selections, schedules, support messages, preferences, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Connected social accounts
When you connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, or another supported platform, authorization is completed through that platform's official authorization process. Uppload may receive approved account information and authorization tokens necessary to provide the features you request. Uppload does not receive your social-platform password.
Permissions vary by platform and may include profile access, publishing, draft upload, post status, and analytics where supported and authorized. Uppload only uses platform data for features presented to the authenticated user and subject to applicable platform policies.
User content
You retain ownership of content you upload or provide. Uppload processes your content only as needed to provide requested features such as analysis, AI-assisted generation, clip preparation, storage, scheduling, publishing, and performance analysis.
AI-assisted features
Uppload may use AI services to analyze content and generate suggestions such as titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, tags, hooks, calls to action, recommendations, or content ideas. AI output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before publication.
Analytics and recommendations
Where a connected platform makes performance data available through an authorized API, Uppload may process metrics such as views, reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves, watch time, and related performance data. Uppload may use this information to provide recommendations. Uppload does not intentionally fabricate platform performance metrics.

- Generate and save requested content suggestions.
- Schedule and publish content when explicitly requested.
- Retrieve and display authorized analytics.
- Improve reliability, security, and user experience.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
- Comply with law and applicable platform requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers only as reasonably necessary to host, secure, operate, analyze, or provide requested Uppload features. Content or data may also be transmitted to a social platform when you explicitly direct Uppload to publish, upload, retrieve analytics, or perform another authorized action.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, support, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention may vary based on account status and the type of data involved.
Deletion and disconnection
You may disconnect supported social accounts from Uppload. Where applicable, Uppload clears stored connection credentials associated with the disconnected integration. You may also request deletion of your Uppload account and associated data. See our Data Deletion Instructions.
Security
Uppload uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
Uppload is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for users who do not meet the minimum age requirements of the social platforms they connect.
Third-party platforms
Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, API rules, and account requirements. Platform access may change if a provider changes its APIs, permissions, review status, or policies.
Changes
We may update this policy as Uppload evolves. The effective date at the top will be updated when material revisions are published.
