AI-generated suggestions

Generated titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, and other suggestions may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and ensuring it complies with laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.

Connected platforms

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. Access may change or stop if a platform changes its API, permissions, or review requirements.

Acceptable use

You may not use Upload Brain for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, spam, malicious automation, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards.

Availability

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. The service is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be available or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Upload Brain is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost content, account restrictions imposed by third parties, or decisions made from generated suggestions.
